Check out these photos from a fitness presentation Linda and Jennifer gave to Girl Scout Troop #41255.

Linda and Jennifer worked with the girls to complete the requirements for the "Fun and Fit" Junior Girl Scout badge. The badge encourages girls to be fit by making healthy choices and by adding fun exercise to their day. Linda and Jennifer taught the girls why it's important to warm up, play hard, and cool down. They played soccer, basketball, hula hooped, and challenged themselves with some muscle work.
