Food Journal - let us know if you are interested and we can do a three or seven day analysis for you.

How do we help our clients?

  • We personally work out with each client, one-on-one.
     
  • We play sports with clients: badminton, baseball, basketball, football, Frisbee, golf, kickball, lacrosse, soccer, softball, squash, tennis, volleyball, wiffle ball.
     
  • We've taught a 7-year-old and 60-year-old
    to ride a bike.

  • We garden and do yard work with clients (yes, it counts as exercise).
     
  • We run, bike, trail run, mountain bike, swim, and walk with clients.
     
  • We lift weights with clients.
     
  • We can bring equipment to your house: small brown exercise bands, large long exercise bands, BOSU®, Pilates Magic Ring, stability ball, handled strap, weights, and any sporting equipment listed above.
     
  • We teach: Body Toning, Kick Boxing, Pilates and, Step classes to clients.
     
  • We also train people how to teach classes (Body Sculpting, Kick Boxing, and Step) or how to be Group Exercise Instructors.
